Heat-related battery wear
The Leaf has no liquid battery cooling. Inland heat and repeated DC fast charging age the pack faster. We will explain how to slow it down.

Why does my Leaf lose range faster in Riverside?
Heat. The Leaf cools its battery with air, so hot climates age it faster. Park in the shade, avoid back-to-back fast charges and keep it between 20 and 80 percent when you can.
