These packs are reaching the age where cells drop out. You get reduced power, "Stop safely now," or a hybrid warning light. We test the pack and quote repair or replacement.
Escape Hybrid battery and cooling fan
The Escape's battery cooling fan clogs and the pack overheats. Clean it before it costs you a battery.
Mach-E and Lightning 12V failures
A weak low-voltage battery can leave a Mach-E or Lightning dead in the driveway even with a full high-voltage pack. We test and replace 12V batteries and check the DC-DC converter that charges them.
Mach-E high-voltage contactor warnings
Some Mach-Es were recalled for high-voltage contactors that could overheat and cut power. We check your VIN for open recalls and send you to Ford for recall work. Everything else, we can handle.
Brakes, suspension and tires on heavy EVs
The Lightning in particular is heavy and wears tires and brakes quickly when towing or hauling. We service brakes, alignment, tires and suspension.

How much is a Ford Fusion Hybrid battery replacement?
It depends on the year and the warranty you choose. Call with your VIN and we will give you a written quote. The code scan to confirm the battery is actually the problem is free.
Do you work on the Mustang Mach-E and F-150 Lightning?
Yes. 12V systems, brakes, tires, alignment, suspension, A/C and high-voltage diagnostics. Recall work has to go to Ford, and we will tell you if your truck has an open recall.
My Fusion Hybrid says "Stop safely now." What does that mean?
The hybrid system has shut down to protect itself. It is often the battery, but it can also be a cooling or 12V issue. Get it scanned before you approve a battery.
