Common Model 3 problems we fix
Front suspension clunk (upper control arms)
A knock over bumps or a creak when you turn the wheel is usually the front upper control arms. It is the most common Model 3 suspension repair. We replace the arms and finish with an alignment so your tires do not pay for it.
12V / low-voltage battery warnings
A 12V battery needs service alert means the car is about to lose power to its doors, screen and computers. Older cars use a lead-acid 12V and newer ones use a lithium low-voltage battery. We test the system and replace the battery before it strands you.
Heat pump and A/C problems
Weak cooling, no cabin heat or a loud compressor. 2021 and newer cars use a heat pump. We diagnose the refrigerant system, valves and sensors, recharge it and replace failed parts.
High-voltage battery and isolation faults
Range loss, charging that stops, or a Vehicle may not restart alert. We read battery health and pull the fault data, then tell you whether it is a repair we can do or something Tesla should cover under warranty.
Brakes, tires and alignment
The Model 3 is heavy and quick, so it wears tires and needs regular alignments. Regen saves the pads, but calipers and rotors still rust and seize near the coast. We handle all of it.

Why does my Model 3 clunk over bumps?
Most often it is worn front upper control arms. It is the most common Model 3 suspension repair. We confirm it on the lift, replace the arms and align the car.
